A wide variety of boats are sailed at Maidenhead SC.  There is class racing organised for Albacores, Solos and Lasers, other classes race in the "Menagerie" fleet where results are calculated after applying a handicap system.

The club has 30 boats that can be hired by members.  These include:

• 4 x RS Vision (2-4 people - Main/Jib/Gennaker)
• 2 x Wayfarer (2-4 people - Main/Jib)
• 1 x Albacore (2 people - Main/Jib)
• 1 x Solo (1 person - Main)
• 3 x Lasers (single youth or adult - with full, radial and 4.7 rigs available)
• 6 x Topaz (1-2 people - Main with optional Jib)
• 6 x Optimist (Junior boat - Main)
• 8 x Topper (Junior/Small Adult - Main)
